The additional options we offer for our machines can significantly facilitate the operating processes of your machine and minimize the possibility of jams or errors due to improper operation of the machine.

Manipulators such as conveyor belts, screw conveyors, and air suction are part of the additional equipment. These products enable the transport of raw materials both at the input and output.

Separation & control

Separation units (magnets) also remove all metal foreign matter that may be in the material and ensure maximum purity of the final granulate.

ADDITIONAL UPGRADE OPTIONS

  • SEGMENTED FLOOR

    The ReMotion™ function allows the user optimal control over the movement of the hydraulic pusher plate. This achieves exceptional precision in shredding waste material, increases productivity, and reduces electricity consumption.

  • V-ROTOR

    The V-rotor is a universal rotor suitable for various types of input materials. Its aggressive design ensures high throughput with low energy consumption. It is equipped with hardened steel blades, 30 mm or 40 mm long. The blades can be rotated multiple times in case of wear, significantly reducing maintenance costs.

  • Re-boost AGGREGATE

    The ReBoost™ function acts as a productivity accelerator, enabling the automatic activation of both pumps of the hydraulic unit, thus allowing faster movement of the hydraulic pusher plate in the return stroke, resulting in extremely efficient shredding of waste material.

  • SECONDARY BLADE

    The secondary blade bar made of Hardox prevents already shredded material from re-entering the shredding chamber. The secondary blade bar reduces the re-entry of material into the shredding chamber by approximately 80%, thereby increasing the throughput (capacity) of the shredder.

  • Re-Smart CONTROL

    Using artificial intelligence algorithms, the ReSmart™ intelligent control function of the shredding process allows precise and efficient processing of various types of waste materials. It monitors the efficiency and quantity of material entering the shredder and automatically adjusts the speed of the hydraulic pusher plate according to factors such as looseness, brittleness, and fragility of the materials.

  • SCREW CONVEYOR

    The screw conveyor ensures uniform discharge of shredded material from the shredder. The material freely falls from the sieve into the screw conveyor, which manipulates the material through the exit on the left or right side of the shredder.
