Description of work and tasks

  • Active search for new customers
  • Collecting, organizing and monitoring market developments and making proposals for actions
  • Preparing offers and contacting customers
  • Managing sales documentation
  • Maintaining relations with key customers and business partners
  • Monitoring product revenue (costs-revenues)
  • Monitoring of complaints and assistance in solving them
  • Planning of marketing and sales activities
  • After-sales activities, active participation in fairs and promotions
  • Regular reporting to superiors on the situation in the commercial sales area
  • All other work that, in accordance with own professional education and training, the employee can perform according to the order and instructions of the employer

We expect

  • At least a level VI of professional education in economics or engineering
  • 12 months of work experience in sales
  • Good written and spoken business communication skills
  • High level of communication and negotiation skills
  • Active knowledge of at least one foreign language (English or German)
  • Passive knowledge of another foreign language (English, German or Serbo-Croatian) is an advantage
  • Basic computer skills
  • Possibility of working in teams
  • Independence and self-initiative
  • B-category driver’s license
