We at Robust d.o.o. follow the principles of transparency and careful protection of personal data. We are aware of our responsibility in relation to the handling of your personal data, therefore we process all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the Electronic Communications Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The purpose of the Personal Data Protection Policy (the Policy) is to inform you about the purposes we obtain your personal data for, how it will be used, what your rights are in relation to the data we hold about you, and how to exercise these rights.

2. Purpose of data processing and types of personal data

We will treat all personal data that you provide to us confidentially and use it only for the purposes provided for. If there is a need for further processing of your data for some other purpose, we will inform you beforehand and ask for your consent.

3. Visiting and using the website

Every time you visit www.robust.si, a log file of the web server is automatically stored on the web server (e.g. IP number – a number that identifies an individual computer or other device connected to the Internet; browser version, time of visit, etc.). We process this data for the purposes of managing our statistics of visits to both websites (www.robust.si and www.split-buddy.si). Robust d.o.o. processes the data collected in this way separately and does not connect them to other data. If there are links on the website to other websites that are not in any way related to the company Robust d.o.o., we do not assume any responsibility for the protection of data on those websites.

4. Processing of personal data of our clients

The information you provide to us as part of your inquiry is provided to us voluntarily and on the basis of your consent to communication by e-mail for the purpose of communicating about your inquiry. We will only process this data for the purposes of preparing the offer and mutual communication. You are solely responsible for the correctness and accuracy of this information.

5. Data users

All data collected on the basis of the legal bases listed above will be used in accordance with the purpose collected for and will not be passed on to third parties without your consent. Due to the confidential relationship between the user and the company Robust d.o.o., the personal data of clients are not disclosed to any third parties. Within the framework of legal powers, your personal data may be disclosed to the following data processors:

  • to providers of postal services, providers of shipping services, providers of destruction of files and data carriers;
  • providers of information technology services within the scope of servicing and maintenance of software and hardware;
  • to the administrator of the website.

Robust d.o.o. undertakes not to forward or transfer your personal data to a third country or any international organization.

6. Duration of the storing

We assure you that we keep your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose collected and used for, namely:

  • Web server log files are kept for 3 (three) months.
  • Your contact information for the purposes of communication is processed until the transaction or communication is completed.
  • If there is a different legal storage period for individual data that is processed for the execution of contracts (e.g. accounting or tax data), the storage period is 10 (ten) years. Data processing is limited during this time.
  • After the termination of the need for data management, i.e. after fulfilling the purpose collected for, the data is immediately, irretrievably and permanently deleted.

7. Your rights

Robust d.o.o. ensures the execution of all rights belonging to you in connection with the processing of your personal data. You can request the company at any time:

  • to delete your data from the inquiry database;
  • for a printout of your data stored for inquiry purposes.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to adjust the subject Policy from time to time, if necessary, to actual conditions and legislation in the field of personal data protection. Therefore, we ask you to check the current version before each transfer of personal data so that you are aware of any changes and additions.
