MATERIALS THAT CAN BE PROCESSED

  • PET

    Shredding PET plastic, commonly used for products like bottles and containers, is an essential part of the recycling process. The goal of shredding is to reduce the size of PET plastic to facilitate its handling and processing. This also helps in the efficient separation of materials during the recycling process.

  • HDPE

    Shredding HDPE plastic (high-density polyethylene) is an important part of the recycling process for this durable and widely used material. Robust Reuser industrial shredders crush sorted HDPE plastic, facilitating cleaning and processing. The cleaned HDPE plastic pieces can then be granulated into uniform pellets, which can be used as raw material for the production of new HDPE products.

  • ABS

    Shredding ABS plastic (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is an important recycling process for this durable and impact-resistant material. ABS plastic waste often comes from products such as electronic housings, automotive parts, or toys.

  • PE

    PE plastic, which includes types like HDPE (high-density polyethylene), LDPE (low-density polyethylene), and LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene), is often used in products like plastic bags, films, and containers. The shredding process facilitates easier cleaning of the material, further granulation, and the subsequent recovery of granules for reuse in the production process.
